Ángela Cáceres
Ángela Cáceres (she/her) is a psychologist specialized in sexology, gender and ACT. She runs The Safospace.
What brought us together?
We began this journey 4 years ago and it was our common understanding of mental health that created the ground for this project. One of the most important characteristics of our approach is our intention. We aim to create a psychology practice that welcomes individuals in their diversity and connects discomfort with life circumstances. It is essential for us to situate our struggles, because our mental health is the result of our bio-psycho-social context and we cannot access one without the other.
